By accessing our website at ringhello.io or using the virtual receptionist and answering services provided by RingHello ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

RingHello provides virtual receptionist services, including but not limited to call answering, message taking, appointment scheduling, live call transfers, and outbound calling (collectively, the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
To use our Services, you must set up an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and communications protocols.
- Providing us with accurate call-handling instructions and maintaining up-to-date schedules for your staff.
- Ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including telemarketing and recording laws.
4. Call Recording Consent
RingHello may record calls for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. By using our Services, you agree to notify your callers (e.g., via a pre-recorded greeting) that their calls may be recorded, in compliance with applicable two-party or all-party consent laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Billing and Payments
Our Services are billed on a subscription basis according to the pricing tier you select. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account in a timely manner. If your usage exceeds the minutes allotted in your chosen plan, overage charges will apply at the standard rate outlined in your agreement. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingHello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to our support team according to the terms of your specific billing agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties.
